- Direct conversations with a minimum of two previous employers or families to gain genuine insight into each candidate’s reliability, experience and professional performance.
- Verification of a current Working with Children Check, plus valid First Aid and CPR certification before commencement.
- A minimum of two years’ professional childcare experience.
- Careful consideration of each nanny’s suitability against your family’s individual requirements.

We begin with a personal consultation to understand your children, household routines, parenting approach, expectations and the qualities you’re looking for in a nanny.

Using your individual requirements, we carefully review and identify suitable candidates, considering not only their professional experience but also their personality and compatibility with your family.
Personal Introductions
We introduce you to selected candidates and coordinate interviews, giving you the opportunity to get to know each nanny and determine who feels right for your home.
Trial & Selection
We encourage trial shifts to give both your family and the nanny an opportunity to experience working together before making a longer-term commitment.
Agreements & Expectations
Once you’ve selected your nanny, we assist with preparing a Service Agreement outlining the role, responsibilities, agreed working hours, hourly rate and expectations, helping establish clarity from the beginning.
Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn’t end once your nanny begins. We remain available for check-ins, guidance and support as your family and nanny settle into their new routine.

Absolutely. We coordinate interviews and encourage trial shifts so you can feel confident in your decision before proceeding with a placement.
Depending on your family’s needs and the nanny’s experience, responsibilities may include children’s meal preparation, laundry, organisation and light household duties related to the children. Expectations are discussed and agreed upon during the placement process.
Families employ their nanny directly. Nanny Concierge manages the recruitment and placement process and provides guidance to help establish clear expectations between both parties.
Yes. We value lasting relationships and remain available after placement to provide check-ins, guidance and support as your family settles into its new arrangement.
We encourage open communication and aim to address any concerns promptly. Any replacement arrangements are subject to the terms of your placement agreement.
